Sanjay Bansal, an investment-banking veteran, is the Founder and Managing Partner of Aurum Equity Partner. Mr. Bansal has over 20 years of experience, with a deep and ground understanding exposure of handling more than a 100 mid and large size transaction, across range of multiple sectors. Over the years Mr. Bansal has developed an expertise of concluding complex transactions that require a nuanced perspective of the client's business, as well as, the macro environment impacting the client's decisions.

He is a passionate supporter and enabler of the entrepreneurial ecosystem in India. He encourages aspiring and budding entrepreneurs through angel investments in early & concept stage companies. He is a charter member of The Indus Entrepreneurs (TiE) and the Indian Angel Network. He is Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and also holds a bachelor degree in Commerce (Honors) from Sir Ram College of Commerce.
