Beas has an impressive academic record to his credit, with an M.Sc from IIT, Bombay and an MBA from London Business School. He started his career with a security and Internet gateway solutions start-up.

Having worked across countries (UK, USA, India, Gibraltar), Beas has had very extensive experience in managing multi-cultural, multi-national and multi-lingual teams.
