He is the Managing Director of Satluj Group of Schools (Satluj Public Schools, Satluj World Schools and Little Satluj Pre-Schools), one of North India’s largest and oldest and largest private, independent K-12 group of schools, founded in 1976, with its headquarters near Chandigarh. Under his leadership, Satluj has been catapulted into the Top 4 CBSE & Day/Day-Boarding Schools of India, No. 1 in Haryana and No. 1 in Panchkula; Future50 Schools of India (Fortune Magazine); awarded for ‘Innovation in Pedagogical Practices’ at the World Education Summit; honoured as a ‘Great Place to Study’ in the world at the House of Commons, London, UK, amongst other national/international felicitations.
Serai has been honoured as an ‘Education Stalwart’ at the India School Merit Awards, ‘WOW Edupreneur of the Year’ at the Global Teacher Awards and recognised for ‘School Leadership’ at the ‘World Education Summit’.
