Pulkit, along with his friends Vamsi Krishna & Anand Prakash started their first educational venture called Lakshya in 2006. Lakshya, was subsequently acquired by MTEducare in 2012. Post the acquisition, these three friends founded Vedantuwhich has now emerged as India’s leading interactive online EdTech player.Pulkit, Anand and Vamsi are a perfect combination of teachers and edupreneurs who have personally taught and mentored more than 10,000students.
Pulkit is a seasoned product leader at Vedantu for more than 10 years now.He conceptualizes every app and is in-charge of the product, technology and design that takes place at Vedantu. Pulkit along with his team built Vedantu’s proprietary platform W.A.V.E (Whiteboard Audio Video Environment)for teaching and learning of students.
Vedantu is the only EdTech player which has a built-in house platform for students.
He has created scalable web products reaching Vedantu’s millions of users. A designer and apainter at heart, you can find him at his creative best designing all abstract stuff at Vedantu office. He also enjoys mentoring and guiding young entrepreneurs through his own entrepreneurial journey. Pulkit is an alumnus of IIT-Roorkee and has been a teacher for more than 10+ years.
