Kanwar Pal is the Educaion Minister of Haryana. His portfolios includes Forests, Tourism, Parliamentary Affairs, Hospitality and Art, Cultural Affairs.
He became MLA from the Jagadhri constituency for the 3rd time in 2019. He earlier won as MLA from Jagadhri in 2000 as well as 2014. Kanwar Pal Gujjar was also the speaker of the Haryana Legislative Assembly from 2014 to 2019.
In 2014, many educational schemes were launched under the guidance and vision of Kanwar Pal Ji. like Mukhya Mantri Shiksha Deeksha Yojana, Comprehensive Computer Education Programme, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan, Rashtriya Madhyamik Shiksha Abhiyan.
