Ms Shalini Jaiswal is currently the COO & Director, of Maple Bear South Asia. The Maple Bear program is developed in Canada and is offered in 39 countries. She works closely with the head office in Canada to implement new programmes in the South Asia Region that are based on the latest research and philosophy for Maple Bear schools. She began her career by teaching at Delhi Public School. As a teacher, she went on to hold various positions in the school. From being the Primary teacher section in charge in Chinmaya Vidyalaya she moved on to be in the core team for developing and implementing experiential learning modules in the classes. Besides, she has worked as a consultant with Xseed where she developed the curriculum modules for various grades and conducted teacher training workshops in several schools. She has worked as a consultant for Inspire Education and developed various educational programmes for kindergarten schools. She is a post-graduate gold medalist in textile chemistry from Mumbai University. After her post-graduation in Textile Chemistry, she did her bachelor’s in education from CCS University, Meerut.
