Rishabh is the Founder & CEO of Suraasa, a Skill-tech and Job-tech platform dedicated to enhancing teachers' career growth. With extensive expertise in global teacher education standards, Rishabh established Suraasa in 2017, leading the organization and fostering its cultural ethos. He envisions creating the world's largest network of highly skilled teachers through mentorship, pedagogy training, and global job opportunities.
Additionally, Rishabh collaborates closely with India's NCTE (National Council of Teacher Education) under the Ministry of Education, contributing significantly to designing India's inaugural National Professional Standards for Teachers under NEP 2020. As a cognitive scientist, he has reshaped educational practices across curriculums, conducting research on teacher satisfaction, modern teacher needs, and 21st-century school education solutions.
Before founding Suraasa, Rishabh established Les Transformations Learning, honored multiple times as India's Best K-12 Teacher Training Institution, impacting over 75,000 teachers across 21 states in India.
