Handling the Startup Lifecycle at IPV along with managing the business development side of the organization. Have also managed special projects within IPV. Has also worked on creating policy frameworks and advisory on startup ranking, managing Government’s iStart Nest Incubation centre, conducting and driving outcomes from National level Startup events and a lot more. Worked in the organization as Senior Category Manager for 3 international destinations which brought more than 10% of the business. Also, was responsible for cross functional engagement, drove key initiatives in Customer Experience and other projects spanning across Payments system & Partner Incentive program. Worked as the Head of Forex Advisory and handled Forex advisory business development with a sharp focus on trading strategy backtesting and publishing Forex reports.
