Harsh plays a crucial role in meeting organizational goals and continuously shaping the next generation's minds. He makes vital decisions on academic programmes, instruction, research, and the general success of students.
He works with the team to create curricula and educational techniques that will involve students in the learning procedure, creating new programmes or plans to raise enrolment levels or enhance student performance. This entails introducing new technology into the classrooms or redesigning the entire curriculum to suit the requirements of students. He ensures that students receive the education that meets or advances the set standards set by authorities. Following this, he assesses students' progress to see if they are completing their educational objectives or moving forward academically.
Harsh is based out of Bhopal, where he is responsible for shaping the careers of thousands of students with immaculate decision-making and ensuring smooth deliverables for the entire Academic division. He continuously inspires and encourages the team to collaborate, accomplish shared objectives and mentors faculty and students in their academic endeavours. He completed his studies with National Law Institute University, Bhopal. He has also authored books on CLAT preparation published by the renowned publishing house Pearson and Macmillan and numerous books for competitive examinations.
Harsh understands the student's issues in their academic routines, such as anxiety, fear of failure, and stress, to name a few, and works closely with them to ensure end-to-end student assistance by mentoring and organizing one-on-one sessions to help them cope with their issues. Being a great leader, he continuously enhances student performance and delivers academic results. He supervises the team and day-to-day operations of Academic Enrichment and supports and effectively develops the team to meet organizational goals and provide students with an optimal experience. Being a passionate educator, he also likes reading books, listening to podcasts and playing the guitar in his spare time.
