Simran’s career spans from early beginnings with education, client servicing, talent acquisition, to learning and development for APAC and US markets. In last 20 years of her career, she has gained many skills that don’t fall under the traditional genre of pedagogy. Her goals are always centered on using skills to improve the lives of those who she works with. Currently, she seeks to meet a personal goal that provides a link between people and business. Her carefully prepared environment is designed to complement the activities and encourage the teachers towards holistic development. Keeping this in mind always, she fosters programme like cross learning, teacher development training, employee engagement etc. She firmly believes that a well-trained teacher can trickle his or her values on children she educates.
