Mr. Jai Karan is currently the Managing Director of Gitanjali Group of Schools, ranked among the top schools in India by various magazines and organizations in recent years. He has been in his current role at Gitanjali for the past 5 years. During his tenure he has taken on a progressive role in moving the group forward with a focus on the effective use of technology and evidence based advancements in educational pedagogy. The Gitanjali group of Schools was founded in 1985 and is one of the premier groups providing high quality values based education in Hyderabad for the last 30 years.

Mr. Jai Karan has a B.Tech. in Engineering from VIT and a M.S. from the University of Texas with over 25 years of professional experience in various roles at multi-national companies in Silicon Valley, California. He also holds several US and International technology patents.
