Jaideep holds a Bachelors in Business Studies (BBS) from University of Delhi and a MBA from Narsee Monjee Institute of Management Studies in Mumbai. He was selected by The General Electric Company (GE) to be a part of the prestigious 100 year old Global Leadership Program in finance & strategy (FMP). He has worked with various GE companies across the US, Middle East and India for 5 years. He then joined the investment banking industry with Morgan Stanley and then Ernst & Young in India. He became the youngest VP at E&Y India in a short span of time and has worked extensively in the education sector. He then moved to Singapore as the Associate Director for the South East Asia region.

While in school, Jaideep was awarded the Presidential Award for Outstanding Academic Achievement by President George Bush Sr. Jaideep is the driving force behind Univariety, a technology enabled and analytics driven college guidance system that has the largest footprint across India. In this mission over the last 4 years, the organization has grown from a 12 member team to over 100 full-time members now.
