He is the Founder-CEO of Alive Consulting that is into Leadership Development and Design Thinking. I mentor senior Leaders and also conduct workshops. I work with various large corporates like Schneider Electric, Syngenta, KPMG, Cap Gemini, Sutherland Global, ANZ Bank, SKP Consulting, Lafarge and Fidelity Investments, to name a few.

He is also the Founder-Director of Smrti Academy, a CBSE School and Floretz Academy, a 15 year old and leading Montessori School in Bangalore and the Chairperson of eVidyaloka Trust, a not-for-profit social enterprise in to remote education for rural children in India.

His qualifications include B.Com, FCCA (UK) and ACMA (UK).
