Dr Navneet Sharma is an eminent professional and thinker in the domain of competition law market regulations and corporate social responsibility. Prior to IFIM, he had served as a think-tank in Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Govt of India. He has also anchored the National CSR Awards, apex recognition summit by the Government in the area of CSR. His interest lies where business strategy, economics, law and policy converge. He frequently assists the state governments and corporates in addressing policies and business issues pertaining to business responsibility, market structure, and business conduct by designing customised research and capacity enabling interventions. Dr Sharma has also worked with numerous high-level committees of Government of India, namely Planning Commission Working Group on Competition Policy Member (2011), High Level Committee for Framing India’s National Competition Policy (2011-12), High Level Committee for Reforming Business Environment in India (2013-14), and Steering Committee of National CSR Awards (2016 – 19).
