A former civil servant, subsequently strategy consultant and private equity fund manager, Sanjeeva was bitten by the entrepreneurial bug in 2009, when he started Smart Wave Education to make a difference in the space of Indian Education. He has also started Smartwave Consulting, LMR Connect, Restostay and Predica Analytics.

In 2013, he founded The Entrepreneurship School where he nurtures people who want to become Entrepreneurs. At The Entrepreneurship School, he has helped more than 50 startups take off the ground.
